Afya Pamoja with Dodoma urban Health stakeholders planning launch
We have launched our digital patient feedback service!
In early July Afya Pamoja launched a pilot of a digital patient feedback service in Dodoma region in Tanzania. The SMS service was launched in 10 facilities in partnership with the Ministry of Health, the President’s Office for Regional Administration and Local Government and UNICEF Tanzania.
We are now focused on ensuring the technology platform works effectively and patients are easily able to use the service. In the next month, we will begin to share the patient feedback data with healthcare workers and local government officials. By the end of the month we plan to expand the service to 50+ healthcare facilities!
